Excellent aftercare

Following some damage done to our park home by contractors, we contacted Blue Chip to assess the damage to our home.  The survey was excellent and covered every detail, but the aftercare went way beyond our expectations.  Anita maintained contact with us throughout the claim and explained all the repairs we needed in real detail that we understood.  She was so patient and supportive.

Expert advice

After we’d had our survey done, Blue Chip were able to tell us the timescales for the recommended repairs.  We couldn’t afford to get everything done at the same time so they told us which repairs were the most important.  We really felt that we were dealing with experts in their field.

Saved us wasting thousands!

My wife & I saw a beautiful park home, on a lovely site and the owners told us that they’d recently had lots of work completed on the home and it was in tip top condition.  We decided to still have a survey from Blue Chip just to be sure.  How glad we are that we did!  It turned out that the repairs were nothing more than painting over the cracks – literally!   The roof hadn’t been fitted by a registered fitter, the home had the wrong type of windows & doors and all the outside walls had been painted freshly but were in fact spongy & rotten all through!  We are so glad we had a survey as we could have spent thousands on a completely rotten home!
